My husband loves kosher salt, so I made a homemade seasoning salt with it for him. I use it whenever called for in a recipe, tastes just like the kind I buy at the store.

Ingredients | Kosher Fish Sauce

7 tablespoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon curry powder

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

Pour the salt into a small mixing bowl. Whisk in the paprika, thyme, parsley, mustard powder, garlic powder, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, and dill until evenly blended. Store in a tightly sealed shaker jar.
