A wholesome and yummy vegan chocolate oatmeal.Ingredients | Pb2 Oatmeal¾ cup cashew milk¼ cup quick-cooking oats1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder1 pinch salt1 pinch ground cinnamon2 teaspoons maple syrup, or more to taste1 tablespoon vegan dark chocolate chips½ banana, slicedDirectionsPour cashew milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add oats and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Sweeten with maple syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
